With value, we go to great lengths to understand a property’s value by analyzing significant amounts of data to arrive at a fair market value. We have no problem telling our clients to walk away from a deal if the owner is unwilling to sell at a property’s fair value. This is in line with our core philosophy to advise our clients as we would want to be advised.

In regards to construction, having been in the real estate industry for so long we’ve gained a lot of hands-on experience. We put this knowledge to use by inspecting construction quality and depreciation damage and assessing how they affect the property’s value and the long term maintenance costs.
